Returns
As our products fall under the food category, returns are only accepted in limited cases, including:
● Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
● Incorrect item delivered
● Product defect noticed upon delivery Reporting a Problem Customers are requested to report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. To help us review the matter quickly, please share your order details along with clear photos of the product or package, where applicable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method as communicated by our team. Non-Eligible Cases Returns or refunds may not be applicable for products that have been opened, consumed, used, or not stored properly after delivery.
